Ron Jackson, Managing Broker

The Clearwater / Palm Harbor office has a long history of being one of the top performing offices globally. One of the primary drivers of this success has been a passion for customer service and agent development. Before assuming the Branch Manager position, Ron spent 12+ years as an agent with the Company. Much of this was as the Team Leader for the Jackson-Matlock Real Estate Group, which had a track record of being recognized as one of Coldwell Banker's top teams worldwide. This significant field experience well qualifies Ron to coach/mentor our agents on providing world class customer service and setting a standard of excellence in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Ron led a large sales force for a major telecommunications company and held a leadership position with Ernst Young, one of the world's premier management consulting firms. He holds an MBA degree, has substantial marketing skills and experience, and possesses a strong business acumen that is valued by customers and our team of agents.

Cynthia Anderson, Assistant Manager

The opportunity to be the Assistant Branch Manger here in Palm Harbor Fl. is one that I appreciate and value. I am currently licensed in Ga and Florida. This has afforded me the opportunity to assist hundreds of home buyers and sellers, which has been the highlight of my career. Having the opportunity to mentor and develop while learning from my co-agents has been instrumental in my decision in becoming the Assistant Branch Manager.

Since I have been at Coldwell Banker Realty, I have been awarded the International Sterling Society Award and on more than one occasion recognized for my monthly achievements. Other awards and achievements include Most Client Focused, Salesperson of the Year, and a nomination by my peers to be a part of the mentorship program.

Passions of mine are live theatre, listening to podcast, traveling and of course why move to the Gulf Coast if you are not a fan of the beach!!!!

I grew up on the East Coast and then moved to Atlanta for 25 years. The Dunedin/Clearwater is now where I all home!
